Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in UI/UX design to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our digital products and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality UI/UX designs for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and software applications

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and ideas

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs

- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions

- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design assets

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools

- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues

- Work closely with the development team to ensure design concepts are translated into functional and usable products

Must-Have Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX design

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop

- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience

- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate on designs based on feedback

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Knowledge of design systems and style guides

- Experience with agile development methodologies and design sprints

- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and principles

- Experience with design tools such as InVision, Zeplin, and Marvel

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
