Job Description
- Support and manage day-to-day operations for trade finance products
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed Service-level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures as changes occur
- Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and seeking improvement opportunities
- Engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and drive smooth migration
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle reconciliation of different accounts and entries for trade payments
- Manage payment messages, reconciliation, trade payments, and supply chain financing
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce rules used in trade finance
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economic, or relevant disciplines
- At least five years of experience in trade finance operations
- Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce rules and trade finance products
- Experience in handling payments and supply chain financing
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Certification in Trade Finance (CDCS) is beneficial
