We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager for our Customer Relations Management department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field. The position is open to both male and female candidates.
Responsibilities
Design and implement creative customer engagement programs for both pre and post-tour customers.
Develop and manage referral programs to promote customer loyalty and increase business growth.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to customer interactions and feedback.
Lead and manage a team of customer relations professionals, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise and understanding of customer relationship management principles.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design effective customer engagement programs.
Excellent command of English and Hindi languages to effectively communicate with customers.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service.
Proven track record in maintaining customer records and handling a team effectively.
