Sr. Manager / AGM ( Sales & Marketing ) - Female

Responsibilities:

1 ) Must have handled HNI customers and also high values investors in Real Estate.

2 ) Experience in Reputed Real Estate Company dealing with Luxury and High value projects is a must

3 ) Dealing and develop the indirect channel to increase the sales volume ( visit all major Existing & New Channel Partners / Brokers office as an when required ) along with constant follow up and drop-ins.

4 ) Attend walk in customers and convert them into Sales to meet sales targets.

5 ) Generate sales leads through inbound and outbound calls and through Property Consultants and other sources.

6 ) Maintaining regular contact and regular follow up with Property consultants / Channel Partners to enable constant walk-in and leads.

7 ) Maintain proper records of potential customers and making various reports.

Desired profile of the candidate:

1. Strong communication Skill / presentable personality / fluency in English

2. Experience in Reputed Real Estate Company dealing with Luxury and High value projects .
