JoVE - Product Manager - New Initiatives (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for a Product Manager - New Initiatives to lead strategic projects focused on building and scaling net-new revenue streams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for developing innovative products and a proven track record in product management and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop business cases and recommend initiatives aligned with the company's expansion goals.

- Lead and execute 0-1 strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.

- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to drive successful product launches.

- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform product development and strategy.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- 5-7 years of experience in 0-1 product management within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

- Background in EdTech is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven success in founder offices, launching new products or business lines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across teams.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in dynamic environments.
