Head - Human Resource

Key Result Area:

- Managing the overall HR function.

- Formulating strategies appropriate to the company's corporate mission and goals.

- Developing remuneration and reward procedures.

- Ensure proper implementation of HRIS.

- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.

- Keeping the management informed on personnel and employee-relations policies, as needed, to preserve and facilitate company strategy.

- Planning and directing employee training and development programs.

- Improving management/employee communications, including mediating in disputes and advising teams on how to implement personnel policies.

- Ensuring compliance with employment law.

- Implement the talent management process, systems and processes for developing and retaining talent within the identified framework.

- The Head-HR will be responsible for all functions within HR and work closely with various business functions in the organization to contribute to the company's overall success.

- Experience: 10 - 15 years.
