AWS Data Engineer - PySpark/Amazon Athena (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

AWS Data Engineer/Lead Developer- ,experience with Sql, S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Pyspark, Aurora DB, Dynamo DB, Redshift, Datawarehousing, CI/CD, Stonebranch(Scheduling Tool).

- We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of our data infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes on the AWS platform.

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into AWS data warehouses and data lakes. Optimize data warehouse performance and query efficiency using Redshift.

Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.

Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to support their data needs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS data engineering technologies and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on AWS technologies.

- Proficiency in SQL, S3, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda.

- Expertise in Redshift for managing and optimizing data warehousing solutions.

- Strong skills in PySpark for data processing.

- Experience with Aurora DB and DynamoDB.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Stonebranch scheduling tool (preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other AWS data services (e.g., EMR, Kinesis, Athena).

- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.
