Alukkas Group - Regional HR Business Partner (7-9 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their HR needs and support business goals.

- Align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance employee engagement.

- Manage employee grievances and oversee exit management.

- Build relationships with stakeholders and manage external vendor relationships.

- Lead induction and onboarding processes for new hires.

- Identify training needs and support performance management initiatives.

- Initiate employee engagement activities and ensure compliance with HR operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's or HR certification is a plus.

- Minimum 7 years Human Experience in a similar role in the retail industry is a plus

- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law

- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
