Job description

• Desired candidate qualification and experience:
• Must have prior working experience of at least 5 to 10 years in Construction companies / Real estate development companies
• Must have excellent familiarity and knowledge of purchase
• Candidates whos previous job designation/ nature of work includes any of purchase Executive
  Good command over both English and Tamil is essential
• Must have good working knowledge and experience in Excel & word
  Day-to-day job functions
• Site visit for frequently checking stock
• Would be responsible for reducing purchasing cost, procuring quality material, ensuring

timely deliveries, checking bills and timely bill payment.
