Test Engineer I

Job Description:

• Qualification- BE (CSE/ECE/EIE/ETC)
• 3-7 years of experience in working with SW Embedded products testing
• Experience in Manual Testing
• Sound knowledge in VV, in product based environments in Module, system level and End to End testing
• Knowledge on product regulatory/certification standards like UL/ULC/EN will be most preferred.
• Knowledge on Fire detection products (preferred),
• Good understanding of software analysis, design, testing techniques testing methodologies
• Familiar with automation testing and controlled automated environment s using software tools such as Labview or any embedded test automation tools and/or Ranorex, Test complete, Selenium/Python etc
• Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria
• Working experience in product testing domains in global product development environments
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good to Have: ISTQB Certification
