This position is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about design to contribute to innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and be an integral part of our creative process.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign CollaborationCollaborate with the design team, marketing, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.Contribute creative ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and project discussions.Graphic DesignAssist in the creation of visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements.Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project specifications.Digital and Print MaterialsDesign digital assets, including social media graphics, website elements, and email templates.Contribute to the development of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.Prototyping and MockupsAssist in creating design prototypes and mockups to illustrate concepts and ideas.Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.Software ProficiencyUtilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals.Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to enhance skills.Brand ConsistencyEnsure consistency in design elements across various platforms and materials.Uphold brand identity and guidelines in all design work.CommunicationEffectively communicate design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders.Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.Project ManagementManage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and deadlines.Provide updates on project progress and flag any potential issues.
