Job Description
- Responsibilities Include. Developing digital service sales funnel and meeting sales quota.
- Understand and follow sales processes to generate revenue and digital subscription.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status.
- Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors to target needs and drive sales.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast.
- Generate timely sales reports.
- Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
- Extensive knowledge of digital sales, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting.
- Job brief. Digital Service Sales Engineer role is customer facing and you will be responsible to generate sales pipeline, position OpenBlue solution portfolio to the excising install-base and new customers to ensure high customer satisfaction index and expand our service business.
- Educate and encourage our service customers to leverage digital technology and new innovative approaches. Position JCI as their partner throughout their digital transformation journey.
- Educate and promote OpenBlue digital service portfolio, the IoT, Digital solutions and services within the commercial construction and vertical markets that includes existing install-base as well new customers in various vertical business.
- Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps to our customers, define projects and implementation and integration recommendations that best match with the customers existing environment and that meet customer expectations.
- Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
- Develop Digital Service Business strategies. Generate new leads, identify and qualify opportunities to Upsell / Cross Sell and generate additional Pull through Business.
- In case of customer specific development needs, collaborate with the technical team to define prototypes and proof of concepts.
