Job Description
Planning Execution of PM in co-ordination with Production, facility utility equipments
- Maintenance trouble shooting of CNC turning milling machines
- Operation maintenance of DGs, Air compressors, UPS, Electrical panels, Transformers, and other utility and facility equipment.
- Maintenance of MHEs, SPMs, Pneumatics Hydraulic operated systems
- Meeting IMS requirements under maintenance scope(ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
- Timely update of maintenance documents and records
- Identifying and maintaining inventory of equipment spares
- Support plant shift (Rotational) operation with necessary maintenance activities
- Coordinate with vendors for timely execution of periodic inspection / maintenance / calibrations.
- Should be flexible to work as per business requirements as and when needed.
- Handling unscheduled breakdowns and other general upkeep activities as per requirement to enable operations.
- Raise purchase requisitions through SAP for procurements related to maintenance.
Qualifications
- BE-Mechanical with min 3 years of experience/DME with 5 Years of experience in Maintenance
- Technical Skills-Trouble shooting of Mazak CNC machines, SPMs, Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls
- Perform Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive Predictive Maintenance
- and condition based, not reactive.
- Spare management
- Maintaining associate safety standards
- Improvements through Kaizens and belted projects
- Energy conservation
