Position : Java Technical Lead

Location : Hyderabad

Role Overview :

As a Java Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of robust software solutions.

You will spearhead the adoption of microservices architecture, apply programming and design patterns, and lead your team to build scalable, high-performance applications within the domains of digital lending and financial crime compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

- Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Develop and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise innovative solutions.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to propose enhancements to the technology stack.

Qualifications :

- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Design Patterns.

- In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in Java technology (e.g, Oracle Certified Java Programmer) are a plus.
