Job Description :

We seek a talented and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java and related technologies.

As a part of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing microservices architectures, optimizing backend processes, and ensuring seamless integration between various services and databases. You will also be expected to have expertise in multi-threading, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Core Java to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems.

- Develop and implement microservices using Spring Boot.

- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.

- Develop multithreaded applications for optimal performance and scalability.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs and other microservices as part of a distributed system.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to design and implement backend services.

- Please make sure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain quality standards.

- Implemented and managed Hibernate ORM for database operations.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

- Stay updated with the latest Java-related technologies and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above).

- Proficient in developing and deploying microservices using Spring Boot.

- Solid experience with Hibernate ORM for database interaction.

- Strong knowledge of multi-threading concepts and practical applications.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.

- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.

- Familiar with version control tools like Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Experience in Agile methodologies.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
