Assistant Vice President - Finance - Housing Sector (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

- Housing Planning & Policy Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on housing projects, laws, and governance in line with state and national policies.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with government departments and other key stakeholders to achieve project goals.

- Revenue Augmentation: Develop strategies to enhance housing fund revenues, including financial modeling and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

- Housing Fund Establishment: Lead or support initiatives to establish and manage housing funds and related reforms.

- Project Management: Successfully execute housing sector projects, focusing on revenue enhancement and policy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.

Technical Expertise:

- Deep understanding of housing laws, governance, and finance.

- Knowledge of state and national housing policies and the ability to advise on reforms.

- Familiarity with financial modeling and revenue enhancement strategies.

- Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders across various levels.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Kannada (reading, writing, or speaking) is an advantage.
