Educational Consultant/Project Manager

Base Location: Mumbai (Client Location)

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assessment Specialist to support and manage large-scale assessments within the School Education Department.

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in educational assessments, data analysis, and government consulting, with expertise in Samagra Shiksha budget components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale student assessments in alignment with educational policies.

- Coordinate with the School Education Department and relevant stakeholders for seamless implementation.

- Analyze assessment data and generate actionable insights to improve learning outcomes.

- Ensure alignment with Samagra Shiksha budgetary provisions and other government schemes.

- Provide expert guidance on assessment methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Collaborate with government bodies, institutions, and partners to enhance the assessment ecosystem.

- Develop detailed reports, presentations, and policy recommendations based on assessment findings.

- Facilitate capacity-building sessions for teachers and education department officials on assessment best practices.

- Prepare high-quality project reports, presentations, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Post-Graduate or equivalent in Management, Economics, Education, Statistics, or a related discipline.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or supporting large-scale educational assessments.

Preferred Expertise:

- Exposure to government consulting and school education departments.

- Hands-on experience in assessment frameworks, educational data analysis, and reporting.

- In-depth knowledge of Samagra Shiksha budget components and related policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of assessment design, evaluation, and execution.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, analysis, and reporting.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to prepare comprehensive project reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project deliverables.

- Excellent presentation and report writing skills.

Languages Required: English, Hindi, and Marathi (must).
