Sales & Marketing Executive

Identify and target new business opportunities in the FRP market.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FRP or manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
