Job Description

• Leading pre-sales activities for Oracle FLEXCUBE & Oracle Banking Applications.
• Provide enablement for sellers in this domain. Lead techno functional/Business conversation with Prospects & Customers
• Prepare and Execute and DEMO based on prospect & Client need.
• 10+ years of experience in BFSI Vertical and minimum of 5+ experience in leading Presales for Oracle Flexcube/Oracle Banking Stack
• Hands-on in drafting solution designs, review service & BOM estimations and presentation skills
• Responsible for revenue generation for the BU through conversion of prospects into customer
• Solution/Service Design for evolving needs of the customer
• Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
• Explain value-proposition of JMR Infotech Products & Services to the prospect
• Leads conversation with Prospects or Customers identifying business needs and mapping the same to solution design.}
• Anticipate and Build downstream capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent demo skills in FLEXCUBE & Oracle Banking Application
• Deep Functional knowledge including parameterization of Retail and Corporate modules of FLEXCUBE & Oracle Banking Application.
• Well versed with OBMA (OBO & OBBRN)
• Solution/Services Design documentation skills to prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses
• Technical architectural skills will be an added advantage
• Client interaction and presentation skills
• Give excellent solution demos to prospects and win clients

Desirable Skills
Attitude to learn new knowledge areas and apply the same in work
Experience in selling application services and/or packaged solutions like Core Banking, BI, BPM, etc.
