Job Title: PMO Lead - Account Management
Location: Nagavara, Bangalore
About Us: JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and professional services. We are seeking an experienced PMO Lead to join our Account Management team in the Work Dynamics division, overseeing project management operations for our prestigious clients.
Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned PMO Lead to establish and manage our Project Management Office, ensuring successful project delivery and driving continuous improvement in our project management practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to interface effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
PMO Establishment and Governance:
Establish and maintain the Project Management Office, defining roles, responsibilities, and processes
Develop and implement project governance frameworks, standards, and templates
Define and enforce project management methodologies, best practices, and performance metrics
Conduct regular project audits and assessments
Project Portfolio Management:
Manage the project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and reporting
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders on project proposals and resource requirements
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies
Evaluate project performance and recommend corrective actions
Process Improvement:
Continuously refine project management processes, tools, and methodologies
Develop and deliver training programs to build project management capabilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging methodologies
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership
Ensure effective communication among project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Management:
Manage and develop a team of project management professionals
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to enhance team skills and competencies
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
