This role offers an opportunity to strengthen and advance your career while contributing to JLLs mission of creating spaces where everyone can thrive.What your day-to-day will look like: Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with client objectives Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting for assigned facilities Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage vendor relationships and contracts to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness Implement and monitor sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certificationPreferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field Experience managing diverse property portfolios in multiple locations Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, BREEAM) Familiarity with emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies Additional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or OSHAAt JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
