What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
• Identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management
• Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP certification or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Project Management or related field
• Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Multi-lingual capabilities
• Experience working in global, cross-cultural environments
