• Induction Delays

• Vendor onsite team monitoring

• Vendor Governance Score Review - Weekly

• Driver BGC Tracking

• Drivers training monitoring

• Security/Escort management

• Escort BGC tracking

• Escort training monitoring

• Daily report analysis

• Operations overview

• Deployment overview

• Bay Connect

• Employee escalations

• Ensure on time Incident report

• Mock Incident

• Monthly meeting with Business leads/SPOCs

• Team Management

• Team performance reviews

• Replacement/New manpower hiring

• FCR Closure follow up

• OTA & OTD overview

• Team Roister

• Graduate degree with relevant work experience.
