What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop and maintain strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead and coordinate planning initiatives across multiple departments
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform planning decisions
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders
• Create and present reports on planning progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of planning efforts
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented plans, making adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in planning or strategy roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP or AICP
• Experience in the real estate or professional services industry
• Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Track record of successful change management initiatives
• International or multi-cultural work experience
• Fluency in multiple languages
