Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents technical and operational issues
- Manage and prioritize incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve common residential technology issues (e.g., Wi-Fi, smart home devices, access control systems)
- Assist residents with setting up and using property-specific apps or portals
- Provide guidance on using amenities and facilities within the residential complex
- Exploring revenue generation methods for the society
- Maintain the tenant, owner, parking database of the society.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for hardware-related issues or on-site support
- Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions for quick reference
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or specialists
- Track and document all support interactions and their resolutions
- Analyze support trends to identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures
- Assist with resident onboarding, including explaining technology features of the property
- Provide support for digital services such as online rent payment systems or maintenance request portals
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure all resident-facing technologies are functioning properly
- Collaborate with property management to address systemic issues affecting multiple residents
- Assist in creating and updating user guides and FAQs for residents
- Provide basic cybersecurity advice to residents to ensure safe use of property networks
- Coordinate with internet service providers for connectivity issues
- Help residents with smart home device integration and troubleshooting
- Manage and update resident contact information in the property management system
- Conduct satisfaction surveys after resolving issues to ensure quality service
- Stay updated on new technologies implemented in the residential site
- Assist in training residents on new systems or features introduced to the property
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations for emergency support
- This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
