Assistant Automation Analytics Manager

What this job involves:

• The candidate is required to gather understanding of the as is processes and work on automation of processes in consultation with the process black belts
• He / She will be responsible for quantifying the potential benefits from the opportunity and conduct assessment of as is time spent v/s future state
• The candidate should have a track record of working on automation projects especially integrating web-based applications
• The candidate should have experience in doing feasibility assessment, effort estimation and benefit quantification
• The candidate should be able to assess automation feasibility by assessing the steps of the process that can be automated
• The candidate should be able to analyze complex processes and identify steps of the process / or complete processes that can be automated
• The candidate should have the ability to gauge any improvements that may be required before the automation development is commenced
• The candidate should have an eye for detail and should also be able to probe the operations teams to gather additional information that may be required before the automation

Sound like youTo apply you need to be:

• A good understanding of Web bases / excel based automation and integration of different applications using VB, VB.NET, Python etc
• Knowledge of RPA technology like Automation anywhere would be an added advantage

Performance objectives

• The iPA assistant manager would be assessed on number of projects, efficiency delivery and timelines / project
• Feedback of client as well as internal teams on quality of documentation, planning execution of each individual project

Key skills

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management with at least 5 years in BPO/ ITES
• Demonstrated experience in managing development of tactical / desktop-based solutions
• Proven ability to manage multiple project simultaneously balancing project work with high priority requests
• A good understanding of the Microsoft tools like VB.NET, VB, SharePoint, Outlook, MS Form etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Team player with capability to work independently
• High energy and positive attitude
