Managing day to day operations in soft services in terms of cleaning, Inventory management, Documents preparation and manage major audits like, FM, FSSAI, HSSE etc, Snagging and De-snagging, Vendor Management, Preparation of BOQ as per client requirement and follow till closure, Regular follow up on vendor invoice as well as JLL invoice and complete tracking on payment, Support in site rebuild activities, Reporting and Documentation, Regular follow up on vendor invoice as well as JLL invoice and complete tracking on payment, SPOC for HFRD department for all adhoc services, Stakeholder management, Coordinating with procurement for adhoc requirements from all departments, Management of Food Trolley department, Safety Security Induction for all JLL staff and other vendor partners. Candidate preferably from retail/hotel background.
