Job Description

Maintaining a seamless and orderly site operations will be your main agenda every day

In this role, you ll take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site problems, managing Operation works and keeping timesheets and records for reporting purposes

Aside from these, you ll also see to it that the Operation comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislations, standards and codes of practice

Likewise, you ll prepare and manage the implementation of the Facility Management Safety Plan

Are you comfortable facing people on a daily basis? Part of your job is to assemble and lead a team of experts and bring out the best in each member

You ll constantly coordinate with key stakeholders, and manage subcontractors and suppliers

You ll carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well

You have to be on field on 2 wheelers and the regional Manager wants to boss you and kneel down for her failure. You have to Travel in this scorching heat and yet reply to all client mails. Each guy has 60 plus sites to manage.

Dislikes

No travel expenses, salary not at par with job.
