Position: Assistant Soft Services Manager
Overview: The Assistant Soft Services Manager supports the Soft Services Manager in overseeing and coordinating various non-technical services within a facility or property. This role involves assisting in the management of services such as cleaning, horticulture, vendor management, and other customer-facing services to ensure a high-quality environment for occupants and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Soft Services Manager in daily operations and service delivery Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services staff and contractors Help monitor service quality and ensure compliance with established standards Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs for soft services Support the resolution of customer complaints and service issues Help maintain accurate records and prepare reports on service performance Assist in conducting regular inspections of the facility Support health and safety compliance within the soft services team Contribute to the training and development of soft services staff
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experience in facility management or a related field Knowledge of soft services operations and best practices Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Customer service-oriented mindset Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
