Lead Finance

Key Responsibilities

1. Management Information System (MIS):
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate MIS reports on operational and financial metrics.
• Develop and implement dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide actionable insights to management for operational improvements.
• Analyze product and operational costs to recommend cost-saving measures.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual performance vs. budget/forecast and provide recommendations.
• Support strategic initiatives by preparing financial models and scenario analyses.
3. Compliance & Process Improvement:
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
4. Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.
• Assist the CFO in preparing reports and presentations for management and board meetings.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), preferably first attempt or rank holder.
• Experience: 2 years of experience; manufacturing industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, costing, and FP&A principles and practices.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), and financial modeling tools.
• SAP experience will be plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
