Finance Manager - Manufacturing - CA (3-5 yrs)

Finance Manager CA's only for a large listed client

Key Deliverables:

- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual closing & reporting and consolidation of books of accounts in accordance with INDAS.

- Responsible for analysis of financial reports including P&L, B/S analysis and presenting to Management.

- Preparing MIS reports, Balance sheet ,Budget Preparation/ Budgetary Control.

- Working with other departments to align financial reporting in accordance with Financial Regulations.

- Lead the statutory audit, group audit, internal audit, cost audit and support tax audit process.

- Responsible for appraising management for tax changes, reporting and other regulatory changes.

- Responsible to maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and prevent fraud, errors, and misstatements.

- Driving, Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensuring reports adherence to regulatory requirements and collaborating with the legal team to ensure compliance.

- Presenting financial data to senior management and explaining complex financial information including Identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Good Knowledge of Financial Ratios (ROE, ROCE, EPS etc.).

The successful applicant must be:

- CA with at least 3- 5 years of work experience in finance and accounts function.

- You have experience in leading above mentioned processes in finance, planning and accounting function with in-depth knowledge of all areas of finance including accounting, tax, compliance, and audit.

- You have good understanding of business operations preferably from related industry/ manufacturing industry.
