MIS Manager - Finance

Role & responsibilities

Coordination with respective stakeholders of MIS systems and Development of the processes of Reporting and preparation of MIS Reports.

• Preparation of Data for Monthly MIS preparation within stipulated time.
• Data for management presentation.
• Assisting in the preparation of Board presentations.
• Preparation of MIS/Weekly reports Financial/Business related reports.
• Yearly Budget Preparation and facilitating meetings and interactions with stakeholders.
• Tracking budget vs. actual MIS on monthly basis.
• Coordination with respective stakeholders for data and assimilation of data for preparation of business plan, Long range Planning.
• Assisting in data preparation for various audit purposes.
• Analysing costs trends, and suggest for cost optimization
• Financial commitments and obligations and developing forward looking predictive models to provide insight.
• Handling Yearly True up down activity

Preferred candidate profile

Strong hold on Ms office Excel, Access, Power point and SQL, Presentation skills, people management and communication. Knowledge of SAP and reporting tools.
