JLS - Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Facilitation: Facilitates learning sessions both for students & teachers
• Co-ordination: Coordinate with all stake holders and & plan a calendar

Coordinate with staff & principal w.r.t to social learning needs & progress

• Content Creation: Create/ Co-create/ Update the social learning content
• Assessing Impacts: Measure learning impacts/ training outcomes
• Updated & practitioner of Best practices in Social & emotional learning
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams, Assisting Instruction Designers
• Dashboards: Maintain and coordinate for Dashboards & Analytics

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Preferably MBA-HR from premium university, Advanced degree or certification in education or content creation are a plus

Experience: Proven experience of facilitation/coaching faculty/ professionals/ students.

About the Profile

The JLS Trainer-Coach shall support the process to develop childrens emotional & social competencies. Helping individuals to discover ones strength and learning and practice social skills. Helping identify own emotions, self-management, and developing relationship skills and heling youngsters to take charge and lead thru ownership. Be able to build help individuals to learn and practice decision making. Be able to support the team working on Social Emotions learning

This role requires travelling, including sub urban areas, and during odd hours, thus a male candidate is preferred.
