1. Design architecture evaluation and documentation for Small Cell, WI-
FI services
2. Vendor evaluation of L2 switch and engagement with QA and other
stake holders for WIFI & small cell L2 switches .
3. Designing and implementation of access network in pan India using
various topology
4. Identify process automation areas and contribute in the associated
activities.
5. Cross-functional interlock with NPE, Build, Operation and PMO Team to
identify and resolve issues with needed improvement and optimization on
the network design aspect; minimize service disruption events & ensure
high availability of the services.
6. Aim for zero human touch and work towards full automation
7. Budgeting for the capacity enhancements, new technology, new products
8. Follow world best practice and attend and participate in forums,
conferences to understand the compliances better Present
technology/solution evaluations to the management and seek approval 16 - 20 years
