B. Tech. in Mechanical having 6+ years of experience, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience
Required Skills
1) Knowledge of manufactured products (Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Pressure Vessels, Tower Internals, etc)
2) Knowledge of Oil and Gas sector and related industries
3) Understanding of prevailing Market
4) Exposure of managing Key Accounts and Customers
5) Computer Proficiency
6) Result Orientation with Executive Excellence
7) Analytical Ability
8) Effective CommunicationIndustry Type Exposure
Fabrication industry (Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Tower and Tanks).
Roles & Responsibilities / Duties to be Performed :
1) Estimation & Proposal submission for static equipment of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power, Chemical and Gasification plants (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Tower and Tanks).
2) Working Knowledge of code incl. ASME Sec VIII Div.1,2 , TEMA , API.
3) Experience in working with major technical specification like EIL, Fluor, shell, Saipem, Saudi Aramco, UOP, KBR, Halder Topose, Bechtel, Technip, Mcdermott etc.
4) Experience in handling various EPCâs & PSU customers related to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power, Chemical and Gasification plants & knowledge of PSU tendering & registration process like EIL, IOCL, GAIL etc.
5) Co-ordinate with various departments for problem solving and smooth execution of the projects.
6) Ensure regular interaction with and prompt response to key customers, potential customers and end users.
7) Present divisions manufacturing capabilities to the existing, new and potential customers and Organize customer visits and shop audits.
8) Improve market database and knowledge of competitorâs activities on a continuous basis.
9) Explore new projects and opportunities in Oil and Gas sector and concentrate on high-end equipments.
10) Ensure claiming of all advances and collection of receivables on time and resolve pending / outstanding issues pertaining to receivables such as BGâs and old outstanding.
11) Ensure correct preparation of Marketing statements like Order Booking, Collection Plan, Exports Statements, Annual Business Collection Plan, Gap Analysis etc. and periodic review of the same with management
