Job Description for SAP SD Team

• As part of the Jindal IT-SAP team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of End User

issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment

resulting in client delight.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the business processes for various types of sales & dispatch Process.

• Collaborative Team management

• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve SD related

problems.

• Knowledge of Configuration of SD Enterprise Structure.

• Good Knowledge of Order Management, Pricing & Rebates, Billing & Invoicing, Credit

Management, STO & Third-Party Sale etc.

• Defining common sales organization, distribution channel and Divisions.

• Hands on Configuration and creation of Customer and Material master.

• Expertise in Definition of different Quotation, Sales, Delivery and Billing documents.

• Expertise in Creation of Sales, Billing and Shipping documents.

• Good Knowledge of Configuration of Incompletion Log for sales, delivery and billing

documents.

• Experience required for Configuration of pricing procedure with necessary condition types,

access sequences condition tables and fields.

• Knowledge of Configuration of Credit management.

• Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / FS / UAT document / User

manual.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD and well-versed in S4 HANA with domain

experience.

• Experience in below areas:

Master Data Material Master, Customer Master, Price Master.

• Order Management, Pricing & Rebates, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, STO & Third

Party Sale, etc.

• Configuration of pricing procedure with necessary condition types, access sequences

condition tables and fields.

• Exposure to SLA based ticketing Support & Change Requests & Authorization Matrix.
• Exposure to Steel Industry or Manufacturing Domain is preferred.
• SAP Certification: Added Advantage.

Qualification: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MCA
