IT Infra || JSP Raigarh

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for overall IT Infra - Systems, data security & processes for Location.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction following best practices.
• Responsible for all business requirement, understanding, planning and prioritization of solutions & services.
• Ensure implementation of all IT policy & process, compliances as per Corporate IT guidelines.
• Leading FMS team for his location, tracking & adhering to service level agreement for user support.
• IT Infrastructure project rollout assigned by Corporate IT.
• Adhering & Implement ITIL Processes (Like Change Management, Incident Management, Asset Handover, Physical security, etc.)
• Coordinating with users for SAP issues and aligning it to the SAP Team.
• Cross-functional team working
• Good knowledge on Network trouble shooting (switches, firewall) , Desktop/Laptop & peripheral Support.
• Certification required. Knowledge on windows / Linux server platform is must.
• Understanding of Server Storage, NAS, and SAN.
• Having understating and working experience on Security Technology like EDR, Endpoint Management, Patch Management.
