Job Description


Understand client requirements and provide expert advice on SAP HCM solutions

Configure and customize SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Time, Payroll, and other related modules

Lead and participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM solutions

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Collaborate with other teams, such as IT and HR, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP HCM solutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HCM and provide recommendations for process improvements

Technical knowledge: have a strong understanding of the SAP HCM module and its various sub-modules, including payroll, time management, and benefits. They should be able to navigate the system, troubleshoot issues, and make changes as needed.

Business acumen: have a good understanding of HR processes and best practices, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Project management: have experience in leading or participating in SAP HCM projects, and knowledge of project management methodologies such as AGILE, Waterfall, etc.

Communication skills: have strong verbal and written communication skills, as they will need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Analytical skills: have strong analytical skills, and be able to interpret data and identify patterns and trends.

Technical writing: able to write technical documents such as functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and user guides.

Technical support: able to provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.

Problem-solving: able to identify problems and come up with creative solutions to resolve them.

Adaptability: be able to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly and be able to learn new skills and processes as needed.

Teamwork: able to work effectively in a team environment, as they will often be part of a team of consultants working on a project.

Third party services: I am administrator of our IHRMYHR service, help users with their profile realted issues also reset their Id password if needed.

FTP file: Take care any issue regarding FTP files because IHRMYHR cosume FTP files which is generated from SAP.
