Internship Summary

As a Land Acquisition Intern, you will assist our team in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels for upcoming real estate/construction projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the land acquisition process and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Conduct research on land ownership, zoning regulations, and market trends

- Assist in identifying potential land acquisition opportunities

- Evaluate land parcels based on factors such as location, size, and accessibility

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and engineers

- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and databases related to land acquisition

- Perform site visits to assess land conditions and potential development opportunities

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Familiarity with GIS mapping software is a plus
