Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the resolution of premium pendency issues, ensuring timely processing of insurance premiums for policies, minimizing delays, and ensuring accurate policy issuance.
• Manage and optimize portal procurement processes for insurance-related transactions, ensuring smooth operations across various platforms.
• Support day-to-day operations related to Life, Health, and Motor insurance processes.
• Assist with handling sales pre-login queries, tracking requirements, and ensuring timely closure.
• Provide support in post-issuance servicing, refunds, and ensuring persistency.
• Monitor issuance TATs by tracking applications from initiation to issuance.
• Coordinate with external and internal customers (e.g., insurers, partners, customers, sales teams) to ensure timely closure of requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
• Assist in team management and contribute to training and coaching activities to enhance team efficiency and goal achievement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Life/Health/Motor insurance operations or sales servicing is a plus (entry-level candidates also welcome).
• Basic knowledge of Life Insurance Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other technical tools.
• Excellent Coordination Skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Qualification: Any Graduate.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
