Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of Rotomac and Expert Printing Machines, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Manage NORDMECH, EXPERT, Extrusion Lamination Machines, and Hotmelt Coatings to optimize quality and output.
• Handle manpower management, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Develop and implement process plans, identifying and troubleshooting issues as they arise to maintain workflow.
• Ensure 100% quality in every production run, adhering to established quality standards and protocols.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Deliver daily production throughput in accordance with the production plan, adjusting as necessary to meet targets.
• Train and mentor supervisors and workers on equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Record daily production processes and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) data for tracking and analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction and minimizing job setup times.
• Coordinate audits, ensuring all documentation is updated and compliant with internal and external standards.
• Ensure the safety of products, materials, and personnel through rigorous safety practices and training.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing production efficiency, labor costs, and waste metrics.
• Facilitate customer and ethical audits, ensuring smooth compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
