Production-Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities

1-Finalization of work flow chart and assign duty to subordinate.

2-Periodical review & discerns deviation.

3-Periodical meeting with subordinates and have suggestions for improvements/development.

4-Initiate training schemes for skills enhancement.

5- daily production chart.

6-Root cause analysis for the gap between standard yield & actual yield if lower side.

7-Discern deviation between machine standard and utilize capacity against order.

8- smooth application of CCP.

9-Evaluate technology/system/process to minimize break-downs.

10-Taking care of all policy, legal & statutory issues

11-All technical issues related to text matter of material text matter of label, nutritional information.

12-Identify & Develop subordinated for critical roles.

13- hygiene-personnel equipment & plant

14-Resolve employee conflict, advice and counselling.

15-strong problem solving and decision making skills.
