Job Description
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in recruiting candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts or concerns.
- Promote a positive and engaging work environment.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave management, etc.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance and assist in the development of action plans for improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate employee training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain records of training activities and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Ensure timely reporting and filing of HR-related documentation.
- Other HR Tasks:
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analysis as required by senior management.
