Job Role Insights

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing.

Build strong professional relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, hiring great people as quickly and efficiently as possible and without the use of recruitment agencies where possible (using LinkedIn, job boards, hiring portals, universities, employee networks, etc).

Work with hiring managers to write and define job descriptions where needed.

Leverage your network and the networks of our teams to source top talent.

Shortlist candidates via telephone screenings/skype / face-to-face meetings prior to presenting hiring managers with a shortlist.

Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the hiring managers and sharing insights accordingly.

Innovative and proactive in providing a targeted approach to attract the best talent.

Build recruiting processes, ensuring aligned quality control and proactively identifying and actioning areas for process improvement.

Continuously improving processes to ensure an excellent experience for candidates throughout the hiring process as well as a great on boarding experience when they start.

Providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practice.

What You'll Need.

Successful track record leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels.

4-8 years of industry experience in technology hiring.

Ability to think creatively in attracting, searching for new candidates and overall recruitment process.

Experience developing and managing recruitment processes using direct sourcing, social media and innovative strategies.

Skilled at conducting behavioural based interviews for a variety of roles.

Ability to write client-oriented communications e g, emails, job descriptions.

Experience in talent pipelining.

Good knowledge of talent frameworks and employee engagement.

Experience recruiting global roles and their corresponding intricacies.

UK Healthcare background advantage.

Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time.

Previously demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and engagement.

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of technical competencies and frameworks.

Strong networking skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

An ability to consistently deliver against challenging targets.

Comfort with the ownership of a workload that can be varied and heavy at times.
