Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Research and analyse industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate their potential for partnerships. 
• Achieve Revenue Targets: Take ownership of volume and revenue targets, focusing on acquiring new direct import and export customers, forwarders, and CHA container volume in CFS.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects, offering effective solutions that meet their needs.  
• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute plans to attract new customers, expand wallet share from existing customers, and increase revenue.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, assess demand for various products, and stay attuned to market trends. Recommend improvements based on insights gathered.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales plans that capitalize on the market opportunities, aligning with company sales goals and profitability targets.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success by achieving assigned goals, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues.
• Customer Relations: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with customers, continuously striving to deliver exceptional services.
• To achieve 4 times of CTC. 

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor or MBA degree
• Excellent commercial acumen & communication skills.
• To build & manage profitable business relationships with customers, suppliers & stakeholders across the network.
