Job Description: NetSuite Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Accounting Specialist with experience in NetSuite ERP financial functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in bank reconciliations, invoice and deposit booking, bill processing, intercompany transactions, lease accounting (ASC 842), and US GAAP financial preparation. NetSuite Financial User Certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Book invoices, deposits, bills, and bill payments accurately.
• Record intercompany entries between holding and subsidiary companies.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP in financial reporting.
• Manage lease accounting as per ASC 842.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, including amortization and depreciation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support audit requests and financial reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

Professional Certification:

• CPA, CA-Inter, or CMA certification.

Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting with a focus on NetSuite ERP.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, intercompany accounting, and lease
• accounting (ASC 842).
• Experience in fixed asset accounting, amortization, and depreciation.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and transactional accounting.

Certification:

• NetSuite Financial User Certification.

Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
