Role Overview:

As a Business Associate, youll play a pivotal role in driving sales, understanding market trends, and helping us expand our reach. This is a dynamic, learning-focused position where youll work with a passionate team to build a meaningful career while promoting the essence of Ayurveda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Build and nurture client relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Evaluation: Analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Strategic Marketing: Assist in crafting and executing marketing plans to boost product visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Learning & Innovation: Stay updated on Ayurveda and wellness trends to position our products effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply!).
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles (training provided).
