And its approval from management within defined timelines.3Designing & formulating the monthly requirement of working capital, capex, project funding, operational parameters to meet the approved annual business plan.4Budgetary control over all capex & revenue expenditure.5Review, controlling & monitoring over plan/budget vs actual.6Designing & formulating monthly reporting/dashboard comprising P&L, BS, fund utilization, cash flow, critical operational parameters, financial ratios etc.7Industry benchmarking to have detailed performance review of business in terms of operational /financial parameters.8Implementing dashboard reflecting financial & operational forecast that’s seems realistic in line with annual business plan.9Identification of strength and weakness of business/resources and its impact over business performance.10Identification of area of improvements to have effective utilization of available resources in terms of increasing the top & bottom line and cost optimization.11Implement the dashboard to reflect the inherent risk and challenges in terms of operational, legal, authorities and financials etc. And propose the way out to mitigate the same. 12Implement the dashboard to reflect the adherence of applicable compliances of business from all aspects.13Designing & formulating dashboard reflecting financial and operational covenants of lenders/long-term contracts.14Adherence the timelines for each activity assign to FP&A15Contribute/inputs while setting up performance goals of business and each functional head.16Functional Capabilities:
