Seller Onboarding Associate

• Conduct outbound calls to engage potential sellers, introduce the platform, and explain its benefits
• Identify potential sellers through market research, lead generation, and database management
• Assist sellers with the registration process and ensure smooth onboarding
• Verify seller documents and ensure compliance with platform standards
• Support sellers in uploading product catalogs, descriptions, and images
• Train sellers on platform functionalities, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new sellers, addressing queries and resolving onboarding challenges
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the onboarding experience and address seller needs
• Complete other tasks assigned by the management

Skills Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in outbound calling and lead generation is an advantage
• Negotiation skills for smooth seller onboarding
• Multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Problem-solving capabilities to address onboarding challenges
