Hiring For Intern -Data Analyst and Open Science

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst and Open Science Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in data analysis, open science practices, and research transparency. The intern will support data management, visualization etc. and work closely with the internal teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Collect, clean, and analyse datasets using statistical and programming tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support research findings.
• Assist in implementing open science principles, including data sharing, reproducibility, and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) data practices.
• Document data processing steps and ensure proper version control (e.g., Git/GitHub).
• Contribute to research publications, open-source projects, and online repositories.
• Stay up to date with best practices in data analytics and open science methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with open science tools and practices (OSF, Zenodo, pre-registration, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data manipulation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
